When the gas medium containing heavier dirt, the inside of gas pressure regulator should be cleaned and maintained regularly. According gas quality and use, every 3 to 6 months, swelling or commutation rubber aging such as: valve seals, diaphragms, O-rings, etc. should be checked or replaced regularly to ensure safety and normal supply to use.
When the media is artificial gas, it is recommended maintenance cycle shortened to 1-3 months. operation and management departments should be based on gas quality, appropriate adjustments to the maintenance cycle.

E, Before repairs should shutdown the inlet and outlet valves of the regulator, vent off pressure; reloading should be careful not to damage such as valve port, film and other parts; assembled the various moving parts should be checked whether the flexible movement ; repair assembly finished, according to the method of ventilation operation to set after repairs, and use soap to check all connection sealing parts with or without external leakage.
